Terms & Conditions - US Sprees

1. NO PAYMENT = NO ORDER
2. All payment is to be made in SGD.
3. Exchanged Rate would be charged according to Bank's rate. An estimated exchanged rate would be stated at the start of each spree.
4. Excess in collection of exchanged rate would be used to deduct shipping fees. Topup would be needed if collection is insufficient. (Round up to nearest cents)
5. 2 collections for shipping - Initial & Second shipping
6. Initial shipping charges can be found on each spree post.
7. Second Shipping would be divided according to units to ensure fairness
8. PLEASE ROUND UP to nearest cent.
9. Failure to topup shipping fee within 7days would result in items being confiscated.
10. Failure to collect items within 14days would result in items being confiscated.
11. Items would only be posted out after postage payment has been received.
12. Refunds would be made for OOS items once spree closes, and orders made. (Round DOWN to nearest cents)
13. Other refunds would be made after items have reached and are consolidated.
14. Do note that cancellation of items after payment would be result in Handling fee being confiscated.
15. Please make payment within 24hours of payment notification, else order will be void.
16. We'll reply you once we receive payment.

18. Items could take up till 1 month or more should any hiccups occur. Do be prepared to wait.
19. lovessprees is not responsible for any defects or wrong orders.
20. We're only a middleman & we ensure that we order correctly.
21. Purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangable.
22. Do bookmark the spree pages and check back regularly for updates.
23. Join the sprees only if you agree to the T&Cs
24. By ordering, you're agreeing that you FULLY UNDERSTAND the T&Cs and agree to the T&Cs.
